MISSING: POET

Stares at chairs in coffee shops, shares fares in taxicabs

Splits shfts, rides lifts, rises late and starts fires

Builds it higher, takes it through

Hasn't got a bloody clue.

Wears hair in topknot, cares where the crops rot

Takes seats at track meets, keeps it real, doesn't steal

Feels strongly about home teams

stencils cupboards with floral themes

Complains consistently, maintains flippancy

Scuttes rebuttals and troubles the deeps, blows bubbles, drinks doubles

Stubble-chinned chagrin

Is sufficient to itself

Any information leading to apprehension

Times rhymes at three or so, climbs vines for altitude

Maxes tax deductions, follows lax instructions

Dislikes saxaphone rides bike there and home

Relaxes sporadically in latitudes static

Discredits editors, censored by senators

Looks crooked, took books and skipped town for good

Hooked on confusion, mirages and morpheus

Exits abruptly

Mentally agile, demented and fragile

Squeamish, easily discouraged, thoroughly curved

Slightly sagacious, spatially fractious

Nonetheless precious

Comes undone suddenly, hums none too tunefully

Seamy and impolite, often contrite

Answers to sophistry, starcharts and coughs

Last seen wearing my coat

Mystified by mathematics, mountains and men

Won't eat meat, sometimes won't complete

A stanza

Penchant for nonsense, too fond of assonance

Snowshoes, good news, campfire songs

Prolongs lunchtimes and punchlines

May have taken train

Reward offered
